I conducted research and authored a comprehensive strategic report focused on improving faculty performance and readiness in response to the rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence in higher education using Human Technology and frameworks like Gilbert's Six Boxes to assess the current situation, design desired outcomes, and recommend actionable interventions.
I synthesized and analyzed literature exploring the privacy and security risks of Large Language Models in higher education, focusing on the analysis of university policies, regulatory compliance, and the need for faculty training to responsibly integrate AI tools into academic settings. I am in the process of creating multiple versions of a Policy Brief using various instructional design tools.
I collaborated with the Learning Design and Teaching Innovation Team to develop an interactive, self-paced faculty training resource using Articulate Rise to support ethical and secure integration of AI tools in higher education. The resource is designed to build AI literacy and guide faculty in aligning their instructional practices with institutional policies and regulatory frameworks.
